Sir:

     You have three employees that I had contact with, two in person, Micky and Zuri, one on telephone, Russell.  Today we tend to hurry up, half-way do the job, get paid and off we go.

     Not so with Russell-very pleasant, business-like, and handled my needs extremely efficient-Micky and Zuric showed up on time.  Pleasant and professional, a great number of our young folks are rude, hurry up, get going- these two young men are to be commended for a job “well done”.  I recommend you to anyone.
